Ghilotti Bros., Inc. was presented with an award as being one of the Best Places to Work in the North Bay from the North Bay Business Journal. This is the second year GBI has received this award. To be considered a finalist for this award GBI needed to have a 40% or greater employee survey response rate. Finalist rankings were based on scoring from employee’s responses to 20-multiple choice questions that measured employee satisfaction in the following categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. One of our employees said it best "Old school work ethics combined with the latest technology is a great combination. The reason I wanted to work here was that I was impressed with the great pride and work ethic of all involved." With GBI’s well-built balance of committed employees and our 97^th year of family-owned heritage, now in our third generation, GBI is excited about our future outlook in the Bay Area and honored to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in the North Bay.
