Crissy Field, San Francisco CA
This rare historic renovation and restoration included removal of existing surface and subsurface features extending from the bay tide line to Mason Street; excavation of the tidal marsh including a channel to the San Francisco Bay, construction of two bridges; reestablishment of sand fore dunes, reconstruction of the airfield, pulverization of existing concrete and asphalt pavement; installation of new underground utilities; realignment of Mason Street; and installation of landscaping. This site now includes remarkable views of the San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Kendall Jackson, American Canyon CA
This 36 - acre site development included demolition, grading, underground utilities, and paving for a wine distribution warehouse and access road. This project received a Gold LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
