GBI’s Estimating Department uses the latest technology in Hard Dollar Estimating and Agtek take-off software, and furnishes detailed cost-pricing to our clients in the form of unit price, lump-sum, design-build, and not-to-exceed proposals. Preliminary budgets and value engineered cost proposals also help clients plan for maximum efficiency of project dollars.
