GBI’s project management teams are regionalized to maximize efficiency and develop and sustain relationships with customers and clients. Using extraordinary project management skills, this staff helps GBI and its clients ensure that projects are completed on time and under budget. Through the use of Primavera scheduling software, GBI’s three-week look-ahead schedule, project forecast reports and weekly cost reporting, critical project management information is constantly utilized to guarantee project success.
